We were brought in to this project by our friends SMC Africa to provide some creative engineering to achieve a very complex structure using their light steel framing system.

The brief was to achieve large open spaces with minimal columns and some impressive cantilevering eaves. The site is located on fill over the Gautrain tunnels and the deadline for delivery was 4 months. A real challenge from the start!
