For this project, we were tasked with incorporating existing outbuilding walls into the new extension. The existing walls required underpinning as there was severe subsidence damage in the existing structure. The new structure was also to be founded on ground beams supported on micro-piles. Sizeable cantilevers and a unique cantilever steel plate staircase made this project one of our favourite residential alteration projects.
