Delta Central is a renovation project to an existing well known centre located in Blairgowrie at the bottom of Conrad drive.

The client required a fresh new look to the dated centre and the architects proposed a timber clad, structural steel addition that made the first floor a usable space for the existing office space above the lower retail area.

Some demanding architecture required out of the box steel detailing together with the contractor resulting in a neat and economic final product.
